Volunteers Needed

If you have some extra time on your hands, would you consider giving a few of those hours to help out at the Colossal Fossils Downtown Museum?  We are in need of some extra help, especially as the holidays approach and many kids will be wanting to visit their favorite science museum.  We need help in a few different areas:
Front Desk/Greeter - You are the first smile that guests will see when they come to the museum.  If greeting is your thing, you can help us welcome visitors to Colossal Fossils.  You can check our guests in, hook them up with one of our awesome tour guides, and assist them with gift shop purchases before they leave.  Admission tickets and gift shop purchases are handled via tablet with our Square credit card reader.  We will help train you if you don't have experience with these items.
Tour Guide - If you have a passion for natural history, and consider yourself a bit of a science aficionado, then perhaps you could help with tours.  As word gets out about our science museum, Saturdays especially have been getting busier.  We could use an extra tour guide or two who can help guide people through the museum.  One of the things that we take pride in are the hands-on tours that we provide to every single family that steps through our front door.  If you are good with people, friendly, and are able to give engaging, fun tours, then we could REALLY use your help.
Maintenance/Cleaning/Construction Gurus - We have need for people who can help keep our museum tidy.  We love having a nice, clean museum for people to visit, and if you are willing and able to sweep the floors or clean windows, we would be so appreciative.  We also have some construction projects from time to time.  If you can help build exhibits, boxes, walls, etc., then we have some tasks available!
